Abstract

The purpose of this work was to structure a technological tool that could meet the needs of professionals who work with football. The training external load must be quantified, so that the several stimuli of the planned actions of training could be controlled, with the aim of victories and the subsequence successes of the team. The information generated by software and stored in a database, directed us to the understanding of actions used as a stimulus and resulted in specifics adaptations on athletes’ organisms; thereby, we can identify these training actions in several periods as a clear stimulus-effect relation. It were fulfilled a systematic review and a bibliographic review. The study had as objectives the identification of systems involving football modality, the means used to training and theirs respective ways of quantification and control. To the achievement of this software structuring proposal it was utilized this master degree phase and, the tool development itself, must be accomplished in a research for doctors degree. For building this software proposal, were suggested two phases: planning and development. The prototyping phase presents itself as an important resource, and must be considered, in the planning of this technological tool creation process for better necessities observations. Algorithmic descriptions were used throughout pseudocodes that, regardless of the technological language chosen, will meet the needs of tool creation proposed; this study suggests that the software and the relational database should be created in “SQL” system language.
