Abstract

Este trabalho incidirá na problemática das Artes Marciais e da hiperatividade, onde iremos focar os fatores da hiperatividade e se a prática das artes marciais tem estratégias para a combater. Este trabalho está dividido em duas partes fundamentais. Na primeira parte faremos uma revisão da literatura sobre a problemática em questão e na segunda parte apresentamos o ponto de análise para a longa viagem que é a profissão docente/treinador/Sensei (mestre). Esta análise é um diário de vida em edificação onde irei refletir e relatar as diversas vivências do meu percurso consolidadas ao longo do constante processo de aprendizagem, terminando com enquadramento da prática profissional onde são feitas referências ao contexto institucional e funcional.

This work will focus on the issue of Martial Arts and hyperactivity, where we will focus on the factors of hyperactivity and practice martial arts have strategies to combat it. This work is divided into two key parts. In the first part we review the literature on the issue in question and the second part we present the analysis point to the long journey that is the teaching profession / coach / Sensei (teacher). This analysis is a diary of life in the building where I will reflect and report on the various experiences of my journey consolidated over constant learning process, ending with the professional practice framework where references are made to the institutional and functional.
