En este trabajo de fin de grado se va a modelar, resolver numéricamente y recalibrar con datos simulados la evolución de una enfermedad. La modelización se realizará con modelos compartimentales del tipo SIR o SEIR, la resolución se realizará por medio de métodos de Euler Explícito y Runge Kutta y la recalibración del modelo se hará por medio de los llamados filtros de Kalman. Por último se compararán las aproximaciones aportadas por el gemelo digital resultante con la realidad simulada mediante la representación gráfica de ambos.
