Abstract

Este manual describe la arquitectura, funcionalidades y procedimientos de instalación y uso de VALUEbot, una plataforma de generación de chatbots orientada a la comunicación y evaluación del valor público en medios de servicio público. La herramienta integra una matriz ética estructurada en valores y subvalores operativos, que permite modular personalidad, estilo comunicativo y alineación institucional de los asistentes conversacionales. El documento detalla la arquitectura técnica basada en Python y Flask, el uso de bases de datos MySQL/MariaDB y RabbitMQ, así como la integración con modelos de inteligencia artificial locales mediante Ollama y servicios externos como OpenAI y Gemini. Se especifican requisitos técnicos, configuración del entorno y despliegue en producción. Asimismo, se describen los procesos centrales: creación de proyectos, configuración de avatares, testeo en sandbox, generación de reportes automatizados y administración de valores, personalidad y cumplimiento normativo. VALUEbot se define como infraestructura abierta, auditable y adaptable para entornos institucionales
