Competencias socioemocionales en el aula de formación profesional

Abstract

Como sociedad, somos una organización compleja y tenemos unas necesidades. Esas necesidades tienen aspectos sociales, económicos, demográficos y políticos, entre otros, que hacen necesaria la existencia de profesionales para atender las demandas que se presentan. Así, por ejemplo, para que podamos circular con nuestros vehículos por las calles se requieren técnicos/as de automóvil o para que podamos poner en nuestra mesa pan y bollería en el desayuno se requieren panaderos/as y panificadores/as que cada día desarrollen su labor. En función de esas necesidades, se crean y modifican las familias y los ciclos formativos que se ofertan en nuestro país. Esto hace que la ciudadanía aprenda un oficio que requiere mano de obra cualificada. Y así, las dos partes ganan: la ciudadanía tiene trabajo y la empresa puede contratar y ofrecer servicios. En consecuencia, la sociedad queda servida. Por eso es importante estar en constante modernización, siguiendo el ritmo del progreso natural de las sociedades. Las sociedades modernas demandan profesionales equipados/as con una amplia variedad de competencias y es en la formación profesional donde, a través de esas competencias, se desarrolla el perfil profesional del alumnado, es decir, se le prepara para llevar a cabo las actividades propias del sector en el que ha elegido formarse.
