Abstract

O Fe3GeTe2 é un material de Van der Waals caracterizado por fortes enlaces covalentes no plano e febles interaccións de Van der Waals fóra do mesmo. A diferente natureza das forzas presentes na estrutura leva a pensar nunha condución térmica anisotrópica nas diferentes direccións cristalinas. No presente traballo estúdase a anisotropía na condutividade térmica, prestando especial atención ao estudo da condutividade térmica fóra do plano co gallo de establecer se o transporte térmico se pode axustar a un modelo balístico ou se a condutividade se ve limitada pola grande anisotropía presente. O estudo efectuarase por medio de medidas de FDTR pump&probe axustando a un modelo difusivo bidimensional baseado na variación da reflectividade sobre a superficie como consecuencia dunha onda térmica inducida polo láser pump e medida polo láser probe. Asemade preséntanse medidas de AFM, microscopía hiperespectral e DSC como complemento para obter os parámetros necesarios para o axuste ao modelo difusivo.
