Transtorno da Personalidade Borderline: Comorbidades e Subtipos

Abstract

Buscando colaborar con el esclarecimiento de la naturaleza de la TLP, especialmente predispuesta al desarrollo simultáneo de trastornos, el presente trabajo se dedicó al análisis de subtipos, expresiones más homogéneas, según los patrones de combinación entre sus principales síntomas y comorbilidades. Para ello, contó con la colaboración de psicólogos y psiquiatras que brindaron información sobre 79 pacientes con el trastorno. Diferentes tipos de análisis permitieron reconocer las comorbilidades presentes, entre otros aspectos clínicos relevantes, observar representaciones más similares en la muestra separada según el sexo de los pacientes, verificar las características más comunes relacionadas con los grupos de edad y sugerir perfiles más homogéneos del TLP según los síntomas y comorbilidades demostradas.
