Preténdese establecer unha análise dos dereitos dos emigrantes galegos espallados polo mundo, aténdose á normativa existente en Galicia e no Estado. Téntase de identificar os posibles dereitos consolidados pola condición de cidadáns dun Estado e dunha Comunidade Autónoma, neste caso con especial atención á singularidade da condición de emigrante galego/a. Trátase tamén de profundizar no recoñecemento da Galeguidade e do voto emigrante como dereitos.
