O artigo fórmulase analiza-lo cambio estructural da economía galega acontecido nos tres últimos lustros, aprecia-los seus efectos sobre a eficiencia productiva e valora-los factores claves do crecemento económico de Galicia. Conclúese que os cativos avances experimentados na productividade afunden as súas raíces na pobre dotación de activos intanxibles da rexión. Polo tanto, a intensificación dos stocks de capital humano e tecnolóxico é fundamental para eleva-la capacidade e maila eficiencia productiva da economía galega
