Abstract

Trabajo Fin de Máster Universitario en Agroecología: un Enfoque Sustentable (2015/16). Tutores: Dr. D. Ángel Calle Collado ; Dra. Dª. Marta Rivera Ferré. El presente Trabajo Final de Máster de Agroecología aborda la elaboración del programa de políticas públicas agroalimentarias que se ha llevado a cabo en la Ciudad de Barcelona entorno al ámbito de abastecimiento de alimentos agroecológicos. Para la consecución de este objetivo, y debido a la naturaleza exploratoria del presente trabajo se diseñó una metodología cualitativa a través de técnicas de observación participante y entrevistas en profundidad a actores de diversa índole: cooperativas productoras, de distribución, acompañantes técnicos de proyectos de agricultura urbana, el comité técnico del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, responsables de Llaurant Barcelona, entre otros.

This research addresses the elaboration of the agri-food public policy program that is being carried out in the city of Barcelona, specifically in the field of agro-ecological food suply. In order to achieve this objective, and due to the exploratory nature of the present work, a qualitative research method was designed through participant observation techniques and in-depth interviews with different actors: producers, distribution´s cooperatives, technical assistants of urban agriculture projects, technical committee of the Barcelona city council, Llaurant Barcelona´s partners, among others.
