Abstract

Trabajo fin de Máster en Dirección y Gestión de Personas (2018-2019). Directora: María Jesús Moreno Domínguez. La tecnología está consiguiendo que todo cambie a una velocidad impresionante. Las organizaciones tienen que adaptarse al fenómeno de la “transformación digital” porque existen nuevas necesidades en el trabajo y en la sociedad. En el ámbito de los recursos humanos, también afecta a este nuevo panorama. Está teniendo una evolución tecnológica importante en los departamentos de recursos humanos y los profesionales del sector tenemos que adaptarnos al entorno fácilmente. Actualmente, existen mecanismos gracias a la Directiva Europea “DigComp” que ayuda a las instituciones públicas como a entidades privadas a fomentar este cambio y así aumentar la productividad y mejorar los resultados.

Technology is getting everything to change at an impressive speed. Companies have to adapt to the phenomenon of “digital tranformation” because there are new needs at work and in society. In the field of human resources, it also affects this new panorama. It is having an important techonological evolution in the human resources departments and the professionals of the sector have to adapt to the environment easily. Currently, there are mechanism thanks to the European Law “DigComp” that helps public institutions and companies to promove this change and to increise productivity and improve results.
