Abstract

Trabajo de Máster en Economía, Finanzas y Computación. Director/Tutor: Dr. José Manuel Bravo Caro. Este proyecto final de máster aporta una solución al problema Santander Customer Satisfaction de la plataforma kaggle.com. Es un problema de aprendizaje automático que se encuadra dentro del aprendizaje supervisado y consiste en la predicción de la satisfacción de los clientes del Banco Santander. Se han utilizado diferentes algoritmos programados en el lenguaje de programación R así como diferentes librerías.

This MSc. final project brings a solution to the kaggle’s Santander Customer Satisfaction problem. This is a supervised machine learning’s problem about the prediction of client’s satisfaction. Some algorithms and their libraries were used to explore a solution. The programming language used was R.
