Es un problema de aprendizaje automático que se encuadra dentro del aprendizaje supervisado y consiste en la predicción de la satisfacción de los clientes del Banco Santander. Se han utilizado diferentes algoritmos programados en el lenguaje de programación R así como diferentes librerías.
This MSc. final project brings a solution to the kaggle’s Santander Customer Satisfaction problem. This is a supervised machine learning’s problem about the prediction of client’s satisfaction. Some algorithms and their libraries were used to explore a solution. The programming language used was R.
