Abstract

Trabajo Fin de Máster en Derecho Ambiental (2015). Tutor: Manuel Rebollo Puig. El presente estudio trata de abarcar el análisis de la potestad sancionadora de la Administración Pública en los espacios naturales protegidos en Andalucía. Iniciamos con una perspectiva general de la cuestión para, paulatinamente, ir adentrándonos en las particularidades de las infracciones y sanciones reguladas en la normativa aplicable: Ley 42/2007, del Patrimonio Natural y de la Biodiversidad y Ley 2/1989, por la que se aprueba el Inventario de Espacios Naturales Protegidos de Andalucía, y se establecen medidas adicionales para su protección.
