Abstract

La obra contiene parte de los resultados más importantes alcanzados por los diferentes investigadores del Proyecto PAGO en el contexto del I+d+i "El Patrimonio Agrario. La construcción cultural del territorio a través de la actividad agraria", proyecto financiado por el Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad (HUM2010 15809). De los diferentes objetivos marcados en el proyecto de investigación, el principal era proceder a un reconocimiento y valoración de los bienes agrarios generados por la actividad agraria a lo largo de la historia, para lo cual resultaba necesario crear un nuevo tipo de patrimonio cultural, el Patrimonio Agrario, que diera cobertura legal y permitiera establecer un sistema de protección adecuado sobre dichos bienes.
