Abstract

Con el presente TFG se pretende profundizar en la problemática ambiental de los residuos en general, y más concretamente, en la problemática de los residuos peligrosos. Así, la Ley 22/2011 obliga a las empresas productoras de residuos peligrosos a realizar cada cuatro años un plan de minimización de los residuos peligrosos producidos. Para ello, se desarrollará una herramienta sencilla que le facilite a las pymes esta tarea, así como se presentarán ejemplos de casos prácticos realizados por empresas del sector industrial. El objetivo del presenta trabajo se centra en la realización de estudios de minimización de residuos peligros al que están sujetas las empresas, atendiendo a la legislación vigente. Como objetivos más concretos, se establecen los siguientes: Estudiar la problemática ambiental de los residuos peligrosos y las principales técnicas para la minimización de residuos peligrosos Identificar y conocer la legislación medioambiental vigente en cuanto a residuos peligrosos Desarrollar o proponer una herramienta que facilite la minimización de residuos peligrosos en las pymes.
