Abstract

El proyecto abarcará la organización y dimensionamiento estructural, fundamentalmente. Se valorarán todas aquellas instalaciones secundarias que bajo el criterio del autor se proyecten (alumbrado, fuerza motriz, saneamiento, protección contra incendios, aire acondicionado, etc.). Se proyectará una nave para talleres de 750 m2 y un edificio de oficinas anexo de 640 m2 construidos. Las dimensiones del edificio, tipo de estructura, separación entre formas de cubierta, disposición de pilares etc., queda a criterio del alumno, con el único condicionante de que las estructuras sean metálicas, de construcción soldada en taller, con dimensiones aptas para transportar en contenedor y atornilladas en obra.Se justificará la solución adoptada. Se dispondrá el material de cubierta de forma que asegure una suficiente iluminación natural en el interior del recinto. La nave de talleres dispondrá de un puente grúa de 3.2 Tn. El edificio de oficinas se proyectará en dos plantas, con todas las áreas que el autor del proyecto estime necesarias.
