
[ESP] En el presente trabajo se analizan los elementos emocionales que influyen en el comportamiento del usuario de un sitio web de banca on line, con la finalidad de comprender mejor las bajas tasas de uso de estos servicios en España. El apoyo científico de la teoría de los subconjuntos difusos , y las principales conclusiones obtenidas al aplicar su metodología nos permitirá evaluar la importancia que las emociones tiene en la toma de decisiones, y servirá de apoyo a investigaciones empíricas posteriores sobre el marco teórico trazado en éste trabajo. [ENG] Present paper analyses emotional elements that influences user behavior of banking on line web site, with the purpose of better understanding the low rates of these services in Spain. The scientific support of the fuzzy logic, and the main conclusions obtained when applying their methodology will allow us to evaluate the importance that the emotions have in decision taking, and it will serve from support to later empiric investigations on the theoretical frame layout in this work.
