Abstract

[ENG] Present paper analyses emotional elements that influences user behavior of banking on line web site, with the purpose of better understanding the low rates of these services in Spain. The scientific support of the fuzzy logic, and the main conclusions obtained when applying their methodology will allow us to evaluate the importance that the emotions have in decision taking, and it will serve from support to later empiric investigations on the theoretical frame layout in this work.
