Abstract

[ENG] Development of diverse photovoltaic technologies have played a major role in research projects last years, mainly due to the need of improving the efficiency of photovoltaic devices and place them as a feasible alternative to non-renewable energy. Within these photovoltaic technologies are the organic and perovskite cells, which are studied in this Project. This project focuses in the manufacturing as well as in the characterization of perovskite solar cells under environmental conditions at the same time that manufacturing and characterizing organic cells under these conditions. For this, different structures will be used in which the different parameters will be varied in order to obtain the best results. In the organic cells, a maximum efficiency of 4.76% was obtained, a very good result in environmental conditions for these devices. In addition, during the first five months after the manufacture of this cell, the efficiency remained above 4%. In the perovskite cells, it was possible to optimize manufacturing for a specific structure, obtaining a maximum efficiency value of 2.32%, which allows room for improvement in future studies of this type of solar cell
