Abstract

Se pretende monitorizar la evolución de la temperatura dentro de un cuadro eléctrico con la intención de obtener, mediante el uso de sensores infrarrojos, una alternativa económica y práctica a los medidores de consumo y seguridad de un cuadro eléctrico. Para ello se construirá un cuadro físico real donde se realizará la fase de experimentación y posteriormente se modelará en 3D dicho cuadro con la intención de crear su gemelo virtual. Este gemelo virtual será el que permitirá la monitorización en tiempo real del estado de consumo/seguridad del cuadro. El trabajo fin de grado planteado pretende abordar la posibilidad de comprobar el estado de funcionamiento de un cuadro eléctrico y los elementos que lo componen y controlar las acciones sobre él de necesaria ejecución. Se trata de modelar mediante software CAD el ensamblaje de un cuadro eléctrico para posteriormente dotarlo de sensores de temperatura capaces de obtener información térmica del estado de los elementos de su interior. Los sensores permitirán la lectura de los datos y mediante un algoritmo de cálculo se llevará a cabo la interpretación de los mismos. En este trabajo se desarrollará la simulación de todo lo obtenido en un entorno de realidad virtual y la reproducción en tiempo real del gemelo digital del conjunto de los elementos modelados
