Abstract

[SPA]Este trabajo está orientado a la parte de automatización y comunicación Industrial del Máster Sistemas Electrónicos e Instrumentación, donde se ha diseñado un sistema que monitoriza y controla el pH y temperatura de los efluentes de una planta de tratamiento de agua residual industrial. Para lograr este proyecto de control se ha tenido que utilizar cuatro PLC SIMATIC S7 serie 1200 y el software TIA PORTAL, software utilizado para la programación de los PLCs. Las variables medidas serán transmitidas por los buses de comunicación PROFIBUS DP y MODBUS. Estas variables serán simuladas por medio de botoneras ON-OFF y fuente de voltaje de 0 a 10 voltios conectadas a la entrada digital y analógica de cada PLC. El resultado obtenido de estas variables se visualizará en una página Web. [ENG]This work is oriented to the Industrial automation and communication part of the Master’s Degree in Electronic Systems and Instrumentation, where a system has been designed that monitors and controls the pH and temperature of the effluents of an industrial wastewater treatment plant. To achieve this control project, four SIMATIC S7 1200 series PLCs and the TIA PORTAL software, used for programming the PLCs, had to be used. The measured variables will be transmitted by the PROFIBUS DP and MODBUS communication buses. These variables will be simulated by means of ON-OFF pushbutton panels and a voltage source of 0 to 10 volts connected to the digital and analog inputs of each PLC. The result obtained from these variables will be displayed on a Web page.
