Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene por objetivo definir y diseñar la estación de bombeo y depósito de almacenamiento de agua contra incendios de la nueva instalación de almacenamiento que la Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos posee en Cartagena, provincia de Murcia, basándose en lo dispuesto en las diferentes normas de aplicación. La planta objeto de estudio almacena gasóleo, gasolina sin plomo 95 y 98, en cuatro tanques distribuidos en un cubeto de contención. El Sistema de Protección Contra Incendios se define para trabajar en la zona de almacenamiento de tanques, utilizando la espuma física para extinción de incendios y agua para refrigeración de los tanques. El alcance de este diseño es el dimensionamiento completo de la estación de bombeo y depósito de almacenamiento de agua contra incendios: - El cálculo de las demandas de agua para refrigeración y de espuma. - El dimensionamiento del depósito y de las bombas de impulsión de agua.
