Las herramientas del aprendizaje en las organizaciones

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es especificar las herramientas más importantes del aprendizaje en las organizaciones, para lo que es imprescindible distinguir los tres ámbitos de desarrollo del aprendizaje: individuo, grupo y organización, e identificar así las más significativas para cada nivel de aprendizaje. Todo ello se ha conseguido a través de una amplia revisión bibliográfica. Esta investigación aporta un modelo de herramientas del aprendizaje en las organizaciones, en tres niveles (sujetos), que incluye la intuición, el diálogo, las comunidades de práctica, el benchmarking, las alianzas, la metáfora, formación y las tecnologías de la información (internet, intranet, correo electrónico, bases de datos, groupware, chat, simuladores, redes de conocimiento, videoconferencia y espacios electrónicos compartidos). Dicho modelo permite a las organizaciones incidir en aquellas herramientas cuyos niveles de aprendizaje desean incrementar o mejorar.
