Aprendizaje organizacional en Pymes
Los objetivos de esta investigación son valorar el nivel de aprendizaje organizacional en las pequeñas y medianas empresas (PYMEs) y llevar a cabo un estudio contingente para analizar si existe relación significativa entre el nivel de aprendizaje organizacional y el tipo de PYME (microempresa, pequeña y mediana), el tamaño (número de trabajadores y volumen de facturación), su edad y su flexibilidad numérica (porcentaje de trabajadores temporales).
