Abstract

El Objeto del presente proyecto se basa en el desarrollo de un proyecto en básico y de ejecución de obra nueva que tiene por objeto la construcción de un edificio de viviendas de SOTANO + PB + 5 PLANTAS + PLANTA DE TRASTEROS + CUBIERTA. Se facilitan por los profesores tutores de la asignatura los planos de planta de la edificación a desarrollar, para que partiendo de dicha información, el alumno, bajo las condiciones constructivas dadas, lleve a cabo dicho proyecto. Éste se redacta como proyecto final de grado para el Departamento de Arquitectura y Tecnología de la Edificación de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Edificación de la Escuela de Arquitectura e Ingeniería de la Edificación de la Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (Murcia).
