Abstract

El presente proyecto se emplazada en la Calle Gloria en el barrio histórico de Cartagena, Monte Sacro, aprovechando la infraestructura urbana existente. Se trata de un proyecto que tiene como tema principal la vivienda social mediante la satisfacción habitacional de espacios privados y colectivos para cubrir con las necesidades y expectativas de sus residentes. Además de proporcionar una forma de vida orientada a una comunidad, lo que ayuda a fomentar una necesaria cooperación, también se hace hincapié en la sostenibilidad mediante sistemas de energía y recursos diseñados arquitectónicamente para ello, así como evitar la utilización de espacios con menor uso, por medio de espacios compartidos. A través de la realización del presente proyecto, se contribuye al desarrollo urbano para responder a las necesidades e intereses locales.
