Análisis del flujo de efectivo de explotación en la industria alimenticia

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis sectorial de las empresas alimenticias. En la primera parte del trabajo se ha realizado una breve descripción del sector exponiendo los puntos más importantes de la actualidad de la industria; además de exponer las principales empresas a nivel nacional y regional e indicar las previsiones de futuro del sector. La segunda parte del trabajo se basa en el cálculo de ratios del conjunto de empresas y también desagregadas por comunidades autónomas (CC. AA) que se han considerado más relevantes con el objetivo de comprobar la evolución desde el 2015 al 2019 en términos de ventas, empleados, activo, endeudamiento, rentabilidad entre otros. Este estudio se ha realizado a través de la herramienta SABI (base de datos que contiene información financiera de empresas españolas) que ha servido para obtener datos de 726 empresas dedicadas a la elaboración, conservación y fabricación de productos alimenticios de toda España. A través de cálculos como la media, mediana y cuartiles se ha plasmado un panel A) que refleja una visión global de todas las empresas y un panel B) que refleja el desglose por comunidades autónomas. La evolución temporal de los ratios así como los resultados por CC. AA están representados en gráficos para apreciar las diferencias de una forma más visual y sencilla. Por último, el trabajo finaliza con las conclusiones.
