Abstract

El proyecto aborda el diseño arquitéctonico de un centro de día, una residencia de la tercera edad, viviendas cohousing senior y un equipamiento local. El solar de intervención agrupa las parcelas concatenadas 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 38 y 40, de la manzana 81360, localizada en el casco histórico de Cartagena, entre la Calle Cuatro Santos y la Calle de la Concepción. Se deberá preveera en el proyecto, la creación de una conexión entre ambas calles a través de un callejón. Los promotores del proyecto son los profesores del Taller Proyecto Final del Máster Universitario de Arquitectura de la Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena.
