Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio reflete a atividade desenvolvida no Departamento de Desportos de Lazer e Aventura do Clube Guarda Unida Desportiva, localizado na cidade da Guarda, com uma duração de quatrocentas horas e realizado entre os meses de maio e setembro de 2014. Entre as atividades desenvolvidas destacam-se a organização/ realização de passeios pedestres e em bicicleta todo o terreno.
