Terapia pela arte numa abordagem hermenêutica

Abstract

This work intends to present a Ph.D. project in Creative Psycho Pedagogy area, having as goal the validation of a methodology that uses the Art as therapeutic process, near a heterogeneous population with bio psycho and social problems, which we will intend to call "Therapy for the Art", after being validated. We propose the hermeneutics ricoeur’s version of the narrative as method to reach these aims. In this work we present the state of the Art, the therapeutic methodologies that are used as an Art alteration mean. We express, still, a proposal of definition of this model, as well as the thesis’ project description. Finally, we give special importance to the used methodology, which is a mixing methodology. We use the quantitative method of the self-concept’s evaluation, through the application of the scale of A. Vaz Serra of the self-concept evaluation – Inventário Clínico de Auto-Conceito de A. Vaz Serra (1986); and the qualitative method, in which will be used the models of life stories, as stated by Marie-Christine Josso, being these analyzed according to the hermeneutics of the narrative. We believe that with the validation of this method we will allow a better integration of the individuals and its consequent social integration.
