Abstract

Os incisivos centrais superiores são os dentes mais afetados pelo trauma, ocorrendo frequentemente fratura extensa dos mesmos. Dada a posição crucial deste grupo de dentes e o elevado envolvimento estético, o médico dentista deve tentar solucionar a fratura dentária da forma mais conservadora possível. A colagem de fragmentos é um verdadeiro desafio para o médico dentista. Pode substituir a técnica restauradora convencional sempre que o fragmento está disponível, intacto e corretamente acondicionado. O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar e apresentar a técnica de colagem de fragmentos dentários anteriores decorrentes de traumatismo. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, entre 2000 e 2019 utilizando os motores de busca da PubMed com as seguintes palavras-chave : « colagem de fragmentos », « fraturas coronárias », « traumatismo dentário ».
