Estratificação com resina composta em dentes anteriores

Abstract

As restaurações dentarias estéticas em dentes anteriores são um motivo de consulta frequente na prática diária de medicina dentaria. As exigências estéticas por parte da sociedade, mas também a evolução e otimização das propriedades das resinas compostas e o desenvolvimento das técnicas de restaurações dentarias, justificam o interesse que estas suscitam nos médicos dentistas. O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever uma técnica de estratificação com resina composta em dentes anteriores, a técnica do Natural Layering Concept, através de um caso clínico envolvendo uma restauração direta classe IV do dente 21. Foram utilizados para a restauração a resina composta HerculiteTM XRV (Kerr), com uma tonalidade A3 para o esmalte e uma tonalidade A3,5 para a dentina, e um adesivo Etch & Rinse OptiBondTM Solo Plus (Kerr).
