Mordedura humana vs mordedura animal (cão)

Abstract

As marcas de mordidas são consideradas elementos periciais fundamentais para a identificação de agressores e vítimas. Estas são únicas e diferem entre indivíduos devido a características específicas que detêm. Porém, quando solicitada a identificação de uma marca de mordida, encontram-se vários obstáculos, entre outros a possibilidade de confusão na identificação de uma mordedura humana e de uma mordedura animal. O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar características das marcas de mordida, que permitam ao investigador forense identificar cabalmente a mordedura, distinguindo-se se tem origem animal ou humana. A pesquisa bibliográfica foi realizada com base nos motores de busca B-On, PubMed, ScienceDirect, SciELO, Elsevier. O limite de pesquisa restringiu-se a artigos em Português, Espanhol e Inglês, com qualquer data de publicação. Foram também consultados sites de comunidades e jornais forenses.
