Entre a etnometodologia de Garfinkel e a etnologia de Jaulin

Abstract

Ce texte essaie de mettre à jour la forte compatibilité entre l’éthnométhodologie de Harold Garfinkel et l'ethnologie telle qu'elle a été conçue et mise à l'oeuvre par Robert Jaulin. Pour ce faire, on commence par une critique des méthodes de la sociologie des masses, ce qui nous permet de venir aux fondements de toute approche compréhensive: les phénomènes sociaux sont des phénomènes.

Este texto procura evidenciar a forte compatibilidade entre a etnometodologia fundada por Harold Garfinkel e a etnologia tal qual ela foi concebida e posta em prática por Robert Jaulin. Para fazê-lo, começa-se por uma crítica dos métodos da sociologia das massas, o que nos permite chegar nos fundamentos de toda a abordagem compreensiva: os fenómenos sociais são fenómenos.
