Abstract

Il capitolo affronta l’uso delle interviste individuali e di gruppo nella ricerca di mercato con un taglio fortemente orientato alla pratica, illustrando passo a passo le fasi che caratterizzano l’impiego di tali strumenti di raccolta dei dati: dall’ideazione del percorso di interrogazione, alla definizione del setting di rilevazione,alle modalità di realizzazione delle interviste, fino all’analisi dei risultati e alla costruzione del report di ricerca. Il contributo è integrato da esempi di tracce di intervista.
