Abstract

Il capitolo discute l’importanza della prospettiva di genere come paradigma interpretativo e trasformativo nel contesto accademico italiano e ricorda i fattori che hanno ostacolato e quelli che, viceversa, hanno favorito l’inserimento delle tematiche di genere negli Atenei italiani. Viene poi dedicato spazio ai Centri di Ricerca e al ruolo da essi rivestito nel veicolare e promuovere la diffusione degli studi di genere. Segue, infine, un paragrafo sul contributo del Centro Interdipartimentale per gli Studi di Genere ABCD dell'Università di Milano-Bicocca.
