Abstract

Le politiche d’impresa push e pull identificano le diverse logiche sottostanti alle relazioni tra le imprese e la domanda finale. La politica push si riferisce allo sviluppo dei processi che muovono dall impresa e vanno verso il mercato, mentre la politica pull si riferisce ai processi che partono dal mercato e vanno all’impresa. Le poltiche push e pull identificano processi relativi alle attività di progettazione, produzione e distribuzione, ma riguardano anche i flussi di comunicazione. Queste due politiche differiscono per i costi, e per la loro capacità di adattamento alle diverse dinamiche competitive dei mercati. Nei mercati globali dinamici, con condizioni di eccesso di offerta, le politiche push e pull possono essere integrate per massimizzare i vantaggi della scala e la competitività di reazioni rapide e
