Abstract

Si considerano gli edifici funzionali (granai e saleri) costruiti a Venezia in età gotica, sulla base di documenti, iconografia e fotografia storica, sopravvivenze materiali. Si tratta di edifici pubblici collegati ai monopoli di stato e all'annona, caratterizzati da forme analoghe e dal precoce utilizzo di forme gotiche.
