Ecological crisis and informative explosion are two of the essential attributes of post-industrial societies. Both intercommunication as well as environmental degradation have reached worldwide dimensions and illustrate the great independence which ties together all the countries and regions of the globe. Today, more than ever, mankind builds its environment relating with it through mediators, codes, and genuinely artificial systems in which mass media has an outstanding position. If we have to consider an education in favour of preserving environment in the same way as present Educational Reform does, we must use these media as source of information, discussion, and as a didactic resource whose mark on children’s and adults’ environmental attitudes is so substantial.
