A través de la comparación de las características de la madera de diferentes especies de Eucalyptus, tales como, densidad básica, morfología de las fibras, composición química, rendimiento bruto en cocción, consumo específico de madera y aporte de sólidos a las lejías negras, se pone de manifiesto la superioridad de E. globulus como materia prima para la industria pastero papelera y se cuantifican los valores promedios de dichas variables como punto de partida para su mejora.______________________________________Across the comparison of the wood's characteristics of different species of Eucalyptus, such as, basic density, morphology of the fibers, chemical composition, cooking gross yield, specific consumption of wood and the contribution of solid to the black liquor, reveals the superiority of E. globulus as raw material for the pulp and paper industry, and there are quantified the average values of the above mentioned variables as a starting point for its improvement.
Rendimiento bruto en cocción, Specific consumption of wood, Basic density, Chemical composition, Densidad básica, Composición química, Consumo específico de madera, Cooking gross yield
