_______________________________International capital flows to developing countries in ninety decade were studied, according to different parameters. Unequal distribution in distinct levels (by regions, countries and type of investments) was discovered. That unequal grew during the reference lapse. The own nature of the kind of investments explained these tendencies and defined the specific way of international financial insertion of those countries.
