El SOFI-SM ofrece un análisis rápido (18 ítems), con un nivel de fiabilidad y validez adecuado, de la fatiga de origen laboral._______________________________The aim of the study consisted of analyzing the reliability of the questionnaire for the multidimensional evaluation of the perceived work-related fatigue called SOFI-SM, as well as to evaluate the convergent validity of the new dimension "Irritability" with the subscale "Cynicism" of the MBI-GS.
