Modelos de madurez de Green IT: un mapeo sistemático

Abstract

El auge de las Tecnologías de la Información ha impactado no sólo en la forma de hacer negocios y en la transformación digital de las organizaciones, sino también en la sostenibilidad, adquiriendo una especial relevancia a través de la idea del Green IT. El Green IT se está convirtiendo en un área indispensable en las organizaciones y en una demanda social. Sin embargo, las organizaciones no cuentan con los mecanismos necesarios para evaluar su madurez y mejorar en este ámbito. Por ello, el objetivo del presente estudio es llevar a cabo un mapeo sistemático para recopilar el estado del arte de los modelos de madurez de sostenibilidad y, en especial, de Green IT, con el fin de establecer una guía para poder desarrollar un modelo de madurez de Green IT. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran la novedad del área y la falta de un modelo de madurez de Green IT sólido y, por ello, la necesidad de elaborar y validar un modelo de este tipo The rise of Information Technology has impacted not only on the way of doing business and the digital transformation of organizations, but also on the sustainability, acquiring a special relevance through the idea of the Green IT. The Green IT is becoming an indispensable area in organizations and in a social demand. However, organizations do not have the necessary mechanisms to assess their maturity and improve in this area. Therefore, the objective of the present study is to carry out a systematic mapping study to compile the state of the art of the maturity models of sustainability, and, in particular, of Green IT, in order to establish a guide to develop a maturity model of Green IT. The results obtained demonstrate the novelty of the area and the lack of a solid Green IT maturity model and, therefore, the need to elaborate and validate a model of this type
