The study of human dignity from its appearance in the main international instrument has forced researchers to take interest in diverse views ranging from law to bioethics, from politics to religion, so be it in the end to refute the idea of human dignity. Here we explore the interpretations that the courts have made about it, and we put forward that these interpretations proposed until now are far from convincing, because they fail to consider the experience of dignity.
