Abstract

[ES]El fin último de la investigación es el de conseguir unas tipologías de viviendas realizadas mediante materíales, procedimientos o sistemas constructivos que permitan proporcionar un producto fina!, cuyas características fundamentales sean: adecuación a las necesidades físicas y socfocülturales de la zona y, prioritariamente, la eoosacyciéri de yn muy baj® coste da ejscycióri de las misinaSe Cuando se habla a continuación de «viviendas de muy bajo coste» se debe entender que nos referimos a las que cumplen básicamente las dos condiciones limitativas aceptadas por las Naciones Unidas (UNCHSHABITAT): a) Superficie construida comprendida entre 30 y 50 nn^ b) Coste de construcción inferior a los 100 $ USA (1982) por metro cuadrado construido. (Para nuestras condiciones, fijaríamos un coste aproximado de 10.000 pts/m2). Estos condicionantes, junto a la idea de hacer frente en forma fiable a fenómenos naturales extremos: acciones sísmicas; ciclones y tornados; condiciones climatológicas adversas... obligan a replantear y comprobar materialmente apriorismos consolidados hasta el presente: empleo del cemento como conglomerante; supresión de medios de elevación en obra; bajas considerables en las resistencias características usuales, etc. El planteamiento global del tema que se propone, desde la óptica de un equipo píuridisciplinar de trabajo, con las correspondientes asesorías en posibles zonas de aplicación, constftuye un enfoque innovador. Por otra parte y coyunturalmente, se estima que el trabajo propuesto puede enmarcarse como actividad en el contexto de dos hechos importantes: A) La nominación oficial del año 1987 por parte de las Naciones Unidas como «
