Abstract

Es un análisis de las tensiones y conflictos en el modo de percibir y expresar la desigualdad. Principalmente teórico, se apoya también en numerosos estudios empíricos sobre percepción y autopercepción de la posición social. La autora destaca los aspectos normativos, político-administrativos y subjetivos de la desigualdad, especialmente en las desigualdades de clase, edad, género y ocupación.
