Industria ósea y ornamentos de los niveles del Paleolítico Medio Antiguo y Paleolítico Superior de la cueva de Arlanpe (Lemoa, Bizkaia)

Abstract

[ES] La excavación arqueológica de la cueva de Arlanpe ha aportado un conjunto modesto de industria ósea y ornamentos. En el nivel D del sector del Fondo se han detectado dos restos óseos susceptibles de haber sido utilizados: una lasca de hueso apuntada, con indicios de posible uso, y un pequeño fragmento o esquirla diafisiaria alargada, con marcas impresas y estrías. El utillaje óseo recuperado en el nivel II del sector de la Entrada se caracteriza, a pesar de su escasez, por su diversidad tanto tipológica como funcional, encontrándose tanto útiles relacionados con la vida cotidiana (aguja, espátula), como otros asociados a la caza (azagayas). Asimismo, en ese nivel también se han identificado varios ornamentos en concha y mineral.

[EN] The archaeological excavation of Arlanpe cave provides a limited set of bone industry and ornaments. In level D from the Back sector two bone remains with use-wear traces have been identified: one pointed bone flake, with indications of possible use, and a small diaphyseal fragment, with depressions and grooves. The bone tools from level II of the Entrance sector are characterized, despite its shortage, by its typological and functional diversity. Some of them seem to be related to the daily life (needle, spatula), while other are associated with hunting activities (assegais). Also, in that level several ornaments made in shell and mineral have been identified.

[EU] Arlanpe kobazuloko indusketa arkeologikoak hezur industria eta apaingarri kopuru urria eskaini du. Sektore Sakoneko D mailan, agian erabili izan diren bi hezur puska aurkitu dira: hezur printza puntaduna erabileraren arrastoak dituena eta diafisi puska luze bat, marka eta estriak dituena. Sarrera sektoreko II mailan aurkitutako hezur tresnak, nahiz eta gutxi izan, tipologia eta funtzio aldetik ezberdinak dira: egunerokotasunarekin (orratz eta espatula) eta ehizarekin (azagaia) lotzen direnak. Aldi berean, maila horretan ere, oskol eta mineral egindako apaingarriak badaude.
