Abstract

Recientemente, hemos desarrollado un método de cromatografía líquida acoplada a un espectrómetro de masas de tiempo de vuelo HPLC-ESI/MS(TOF) para determinar directa y simultáneamente diferentes quelatos como el Fe(III)-o,oEDDHA, Fe(III)-o,pEDDHA Fe(III)-EDTA, Fe(III)-DTPA, Fe(III)-HEDTA Fe(III)-EDDHMA, Fe(III)-CDTA, Fe(III)-EDDHSA y Fe(III)-EDDCHA (ÁlvarezFernández et al., 2006). El objetivo concreto de este trabajo fue estudiar la relación entre la concentración de Fe(III)-EDDHA en la solución nutritiva y su entrada en planta.

Este trabajo ha sido financiado por el MEC (Proyectos AGL2003-1999 y AGL2004-0194, cofinanciados con fondos FEDER) y la Comisión de Comunidades Europeas (proyecto Isafruit). La adquisición del equipo HPLC-MS(TOF) fue cofinanciada con fondos FEDER. IO y AAF son financiadas por una beca predoctoral CONAID-DGA y un contrato de investigación "Ramón y Cajal" del MEC español, respectivamente.
