[EN] A poorly strict analysis of History of Science would drive us to think that women have been out of the development of this activity throughout the history. Hipatia, Hildegarda de Bingen, Madame de Châtelet, and so many other women scientists mentioned in this article, refute this assertion. The situation may have prompt historians to devote little attention to the relationship between science and gender.
