Abstract

[EN]: In recent years, the detection of molecules or chemical compounds is a task of interest to know qualitative and quantitative aspects of a specific chemical component. In this thesis work, a system based on chemical microsensor MEMS technology was designed. This system is based on a series of capacitive MEMS sensors based on polymers as sensing element. These sensors are parallel plate capacitive sensors type, and as a dielectric material they include polymers deposited using an inkjet printer FujiFillm Dimatix DMP-2831. In addition, a conditioning circuit design will be provided based on a charge amplifier, in which the variation of the MEMS capacitive sensor will produce a variation of the output voltage.
