Method for preparing the metallosilicate form of MWW-type materials using delaminated materials as precursors, and use thereof

Abstract

[EN] The invention relates to a process for the synthesis of the metallosilicate form of MWW-type materials, comprising at least the following steps: (i) preparing the pure silica MWW precursor, by heating a mixture containing, at least, an organic compound that acts as an organic structure-directing agent, at least one silicon source and water, among other compounds that may be necessary (such as, for example, fluoride anions) and, subsequently, recovering the resulting crystalline solid; (ii) treating the solid obtained in (i) with at least one organic molecule that can expand the zeolitic films, followed by a delamination process and the subsequent elimination of the organic matter; (iii) preparing the MWW-type metallosilicate, by heating the delaminated pure silica precursor obtained in step (ii) together with at least one source of the metal (M), water and at least one organic molecule (organic structure-directing agent) normally used in the typical preparation of MWW materials, M being selected from at least one element from groups 3 to 14 of period 4 or more of the periodic table; and (iv) recovering the material obtained in (iii) and subsequently eliminating the collected organic matter.
